Swiss Vegetable Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 large pkg. frozen broccoli, carrot and cauliflower mix, thawed and drained
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 c. (4 oz.) shredded Swiss cheese
1/3 c. sour cream
1/4 tsp. black pepper
1 chopped small onion
1 small can French fried onions
Preparation

Reserve 1/2 cup of the cheese and 1/2 can of the French fried onions.
Combine all other ingredients and bake in casserole dish for 30 minutes at 350\u00b0.
Top with reserved cheese and reserved French fried onions for the last 5 minutes of baking time.
