Cheese-Squash Bake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. squash
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    1 small onion, chopped
    1 1/2 c. bread crumbs
    2 Tbsp. butter
    2/3 c. Pet milk
    2 whole eggs
    1 c. grated cheese
Preparation
    Cook squash, salt, pepper and onion 15 minutes or until tender.
    Drain off water.
    Add butter.
    Soak bread crumbs in milk. Beat with electric mixer.
    Beat in eggs.
    Add squash mixture and beat thoroughly.
