Barbecued Spareribs - cooking recipe
Ingredients

5 lb. spareribs
2 tsp. salt
3 Tbsp. vinegar
2/3 c. finely chopped onion
1 tsp. dry mustard
1 Tbsp. sugar
2 c. water
2 tsp. ground pepper
1 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 c. catsup
10 drops liquid smoke
1/8 c. lemon juice
Preparation

Wash spareribs in salt water.
Pat dry, cut spareribs into medium sized pieces.
Place ribs into a large pan.
Add seasonings and other ingredients.
Cover ribs, put into oven and bake at 375\u00b0 for 1 hour and 45 minutes.
