Pineapple Casserole - cooking recipe

1 large can pineapple chunks, drained (reserve juice)
3 Tbsp. flour
3/4 c. sugar
3 Tbsp. pineapple juice
1 c. grated Cheddar cheese
1 1/2 c. crushed Ritz crackers
1 stick margarine or butter, melted
Preparation

Arrange pineapple in small casserole.
Mix flour, sugar and juice to make a paste.
Pour over pineapple and stir.
Put cheese over pineapple mixture and stir.
Melt butter and mix with crackers; spread over casserole.
Bake for 25 to 30 minutes at 350\u00b0 until golden brown and bubbly.
