Stove Top Stuffing - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. cooked rice
2 c. chopped chicken
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 c. chicken broth
1 stick oleo, melted
Stove Top stuffing mix
1 medium size onion, chopped
1 c. chopped celery
1/4 c. butter or margarine
2 eggs, slightly beaten
1/2 tsp. sage (optional)
1 tsp. poultry seasoning (optional)
1 can chopped chestnuts
1 small bag Pepperidge Farm bread cubes
salt and pepper to taste
Preparation

Take 4 cups of broth made from the turkey neck, cook the night before and cool.
Use more, if needed.
