Stew Made In Oven - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 lb. stew meat (you can use boneless chuck roast, cut up)
    2 1/2 c. tomatoes
    1 box frozen peas
    1 box frozen green beans
    6 carrots, cut up
    3 medium onions, chopped up
    3 medium potatoes, cut up
    1 c. celery, chopped up
    3 Tbsp. tapioca
    1 Tbsp. sugar
    1 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. black pepper
    pinch of thyme, marjoram and rosemary
    2 oz. red wine
Preparation
    Put all this in the roaster pan at the same time.
    Cook for 5 hours at 225\u00b0.
    Don't open oven until 5 hours are up.
    If everything is not done, put it back in oven for 1 hour at 325\u00b0 or at 350\u00b0 until done.
