Pumpkin Cheese Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (8 oz.) cream cheese
    3/4 c. brown sugar
    1 tsp. cinnamon
    1/2 tsp. ginger
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. nutmeg
    3 eggs
    1 c. canned pumpkin
    1 c. milk
    1 tsp. vanilla
Preparation
    Beat cream cheese, softened with sugar, cinnamon, ginger, salt and nutmeg.
    Add eggs, one at a time; beat well after each.
    Stir in canned pumpkin, milk and vanilla.
    Pour into unbaked 9-inch pastry shell.
    Bake at 375\u00b0 for about 45 to 50 minutes.
    Chill. Serve with whipped cream.
