Blueberry Coffee Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3/4 c. sugar
1/4 c. shortening
1 egg
1/2 c. milk
1 1/2 c. sifted flour
2 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. salt
1 c. fresh blueberries
Preparation

Beat the sugar, shortening and egg, using high speed.
Blend in milk and sifted ingredients.
Gently fold in berries.
Spread batter in 8-inch square pan, lightly greased.
Sprinkle with Crumb Topping.
