Double Apple Fantan Muffins - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. sifted flour
1/4 c. sugar
3 tsp. baking powder
3/4 tsp. salt
1/2 c. finely chopped, pared, tart apples
1 beaten egg
1/4 c. salad oil
3/4 c. milk
3 Tbsp. sugar
1 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 tsp. nutmeg
1 c. thinly sliced, pared, tart apple
Preparation

Sift together the dry ingredients; stir in 1/2 cup chopped apple.
Combine egg, salad oil and milk.
Add to dry ingredients, stirring just until moistened.
Fill greased muffin pans 2/3 full.
