Herb Loaf Italiano - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 loaf of frozen white bread dough
    1/4 c. butter or margarine, softened
    2 Tbsp. spaghetti sauce mix
    2 Tbsp. snipped parsley
Preparation
    Thaw frozen dough for 1 1/2 to 2 hours at room temperature. Roll out to 12 x 9-inch rectangle.
    Combine butter, spaghetti sauce mix and parsley; spread on dough.
    Roll up jelly roll fashion starting with long side; seal seam.
    Place on greased baking sheet, seam side down.
    Brush with water; sprinkle with a little salt. Cover and let rise until almost double, about 2 hours.
    Make shallow slashes across top at 2-inch intervals.
    Bake at 375\u00b0 about 30 minutes.
