Ingredients

2 c. Bisquick low-fat pancake mix
1 to 1 1/4 c. 2% milk
2 Tbsp. canola oil
2 c. fresh or frozen blueberries
2 medium eggs
2 Tbsp. bacon or sausage grease
Karo syrup (light)
Preparation

Pour pancake mix into mixing bowl.
Slice through mix with a knife, removing lumps.
Add eggs and 1 cup of milk.
Stir.
Mix should be thick or you may add remainder of milk for thinner mix. Add oil and stir again.
