Faye'S Pound Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. real butter
    1 2/3 c. sugar
    5 eggs
    2 c. sifted flour
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1/4 tsp. almond extract
    1/4 tsp. mace
Preparation
    Cream softened butter and sugar with mixer.
    Add eggs all at one time; beat until smooth and creamy.
    Don't overbeat. Gradually add sifted flour and mace.
    Blend until creamy.
    Add vanilla and almond extracts.
    Place in greased and floured loaf pan.
    Bake 1 hour and 20 minutes in a 325\u00b0 oven.
