Shrimp In Garlic Sauce - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/4 c. olive oil
    4 cloves garlic, mashed
    1 lb. shrimp, cleaned and deveined
    1/2 tsp. crushed red pepper
    1/2 tsp. Tabasco sauce
    1 tsp. paprika
    3 Tbsp. dry sherry
    1 Tbsp. tomato sauce
    salt to taste
    ground pepper
    parsley to garnish
    lemon slices (optional)
Preparation
    Heat oil; saute garlic and shrimp over medium-high heat for 1 minute.
    Add crushed red pepper, Tabasco sauce, paprika, sherry, tomato sauce, salt and pepper.
    Mix well until shrimp are pink and done.
    Remove to a serving platter.
    Sprinkle with parsley and garnish with lemon slices.
    Serve with white rice.
