Chocolate Roll - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. powdered sugar
    5 eggs
    2 Tbsp. flour
    2 Tbsp. cocoa
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1/2 pt. whipping cream
    3 Tbsp. powdered sugar
    1/2 tsp. vanilla
Preparation
    Separate eggs.
    Beat yolks thoroughly; add 1 cup powdered sugar and cream well.
    Add flour, cocoa, salt and 1 teaspoon vanilla.
    Fold in stiffly beaten egg whites.
    Pour into a jelly roll pan lined with waxed paper.
    Bake 25 minutes in a 350\u00b0 oven. Remove from oven and let stand 10 minutes.
    Turn out on paper covered with powdered sugar.
    Whip cream sweetened with 3 tablespoons powdered sugar and 1/2 teaspoon vanilla.
    Spread on cake and roll up like a jelly roll.
