Vicki'S Potato Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. (16 oz.) sour cream
    1/3 c. chopped onion
    1 tsp. salt
    1/2 c. bread crumbs (for topping)
    1 can cream mushroom soup (undiluted)
    1 1/2 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
    3 lb. potatoes (about 9 medium potatoes)
Preparation
    Mix sour cream, soup, onion, seasonings (may add some pepper, if desired) and 1 cup of the Cheddar cheese together in greased casserole with potatoes (which have been boiled to approximately half-done stage). Top with rest of cheese and crumbs and bake at 350\u00b0 for about an hour.
