Coconut Fingers - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. chopped walnuts
    2 c. chopped dates
    1 c. brown sugar
    2 eggs, beaten
    1/2 c. coconut
    remaining bag of coconut
Preparation
    Mix first 5 ingredients together.
    Using a teaspoon, shape finger-like, making them 1 1/2-inches long. Roll in remaining coconut. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 13 to 15 minutes.
