3-Cheese Stuffed Mushrooms - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 large mushrooms
    1/2 box cream cheese
    4 Tbsp. Mozzarella cheese
    2 slices white American cheese, diced
    1 c. toasted bits
    2 Tbsp. melted butter or oleo
Preparation
    Wash mushrooms and remove stems.
    Set aside aside.
    Cook mushrooms until tender.
    Cook stems until soft.
    Dice stems and mix with cream cheese.
    Add white American cheese and Mozzarella. Mix well.
    Stuff mushrooms.
    On top, add melted butter and toasted bits.
    Microwave 2 to 3 minutes.
    Serves 2.
