Steamed Salmon With Parsley Butter - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 fresh or frozen salmon or other fish steaks, cut 1-inch thick
    4 lemon or lime slices
    1/4 c. butter or margarine, softened
    2 Tbsp. snipped parsley
    1 Tbsp. sliced green onion or chopped shallot
Preparation
    Thaw fish if frozen.
    Top each steak with lemon or lime slices;
    sprinkle
    with
    salt
    and pepper.\tPour boiling water into
    wok to reach 1/2-inch below steamer rack.
    Place fish on rack.
    Cover
    wok and steam for 10 to 12 minutes or until fish flakes easily when tested with a fork.
    Remove to platter.
