Hash Brown Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    32 oz. hash brown potatoes
    1 stick butter, melted
    1 can cream of chicken soup
    2 c. shredded cheese
    8 oz. sour cream
    1 c. chopped onion
    salt and pepper to taste
    1 tube Ritz crackers
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients together and put in a 9 x 13-inch pan. Mix melted butter and 1 tube Ritz crackers (crushed) and spread over potato mixture.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 to 45 minutes.
