Zucchini Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1/4 c. oil
3 eggs
2 c. grated zucchini
1 c. grated Cheddar cheese
1 medium grated onion
salt and pepper to taste
1 c. Bisquick

Preparation

Mix all ingredients together, except Bisquick.
This must be added last.
Bake at 350\u00b0 in a glass pie dish for 40 minutes.
