Vegetable Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 stalks broccoli, chopped
1 small head cauliflower, chopped
2 zucchini, cut in chunks
1 onion, sliced
4 oz. mushrooms, sliced
2 c. cottage cheese
2 eggs, slightly beaten
1/3 c. milk
1/4 c. Marsala (optional)
1 tsp. oregano
salt and pepper to taste
1/3 c. bread crumbs
Preparation

Blanch broccoli and cauliflower in salted water and drain. Combine all ingredients except bread crumbs. Spoon into a 9 x 13-inch baking dish. Top with bread crumbs. Bake 45 minutes at 350\u00b0. Serves 6 to 8.
