Carrot Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 1/2 c. presifted flour
1 c. sugar
1 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. ground cinnamon
1/2 tsp. salt
2/3 c. cooking oil
2 eggs
1 c. finely shredded carrots
1/2 c. crushed pineapple with syrup
1 tsp. vanilla
Preparation

Sift together in a large bowl flour, sugar, baking powder, baking soda, cinnamon and salt.
Add cooking oil, eggs, shredded carrots, crushed pineapple with syrup and vanilla.
Mix together on medium speed until well blended.
Bake in greased and lightly floured pan at 350\u00b0 for 35 minutes.
Cool and frost.
