Chicken Jambalaya - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 chicken breasts, split and skinned
    1/2 c. chopped onion
    1/4 c. chopped green pepper
    1 c bouillon
    1 c. white wine
    1/4 c. chopped parsley
    1/2 tsp. basil
    1 small bay leaf
    1/2 tsp. thyme
    1 c. raw rice
    1 c. lean ham, cubed
    1 c. canned tomatoes, drained
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
    In a saucepan, bring to a boil the bouillon, wine, herbs, onion and green pepper.
    Place rice, tomatoes and chicken in a large casserole; pour herb sauce over all.
    Cover tightly and bake for 25 or 30 minutes.
    Add seasoning. Turn off heat; allow to remain in the oven for 10 to 15 minutes.
