Tangy Cheese Spread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. container of Velveeta
    1 lb. bacon
    1 c. mayonnaise
    1/2 to 1 bottle of horseradish
    1/8 tsp. cayenne
Preparation
    Melt Velveeta.\tCube one lb. at a time and microwave on 7 for about 2 minutes.
    Then transfer to oven to stay warm and cube and microwave the other pound.\tMeanwhile, fry and crumb the bacon. Mix cheese and bacon with the mayonnaise, horseradish and cayenne. Pour into crocks or plastic storage containers.
    Will last up to 2 months.
