Artichoke Angel Hair - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/2 lb. angel hair pasta, cooked
1/2 Tbsp. minced garlic
1 handful pecans, toasted in butter
1/4 lb. artichoke hearts, quartered
2 oz. olive oil
fresh oregano to taste
fresh thyme to taste
sun-dried tomatoes (oil packed), drained and then julienned
grated Parmesan cheese to taste
Preparation

Put oil in pan.
Warm.
Put in garlic.
When you smell the garlic, put in artichokes, tomatoes and nuts.
Swirl and cook until warm.
Add pasta and toss.
Add herbs and salt and pepper to taste.
Add Parmesan, either tossed in pasta, or grated on top.
