Hummingbird Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. all-purpose flour
    2 c. sugar
    1 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. baking soda
    1 tsp. cinnamon
    3 eggs, beaten
    1 1/2 c. oil
    1 1/2 tsp. vanilla
    1 (8 oz.) can crushed pineapple
    2 c. pecans or walnuts
    2 c. chopped bananas
Preparation
    This is a three layer cake.
    Combine flour, sugar, salt, soda and cinnamon, mixing well.
    Combine the beaten eggs and the oil, stirring to mix, and pour into the flour mixture, stirring until the dry ingredients are thoroughly moistened.
    Then add and stir in the vanilla, pineapple, 1 cup nuts and the bananas.
    Then add another cup of nuts and stir in.
    Spoon the batter into three greased 9-inch cake pans.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
    Cool for 10 minutes in pans.
    Turn out on pastry cloth.
    When ready to stack, frost with Cream Cheese Frosting.
