Hot Bittersweet Sauce - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/4 c. butter
1 1/2 sq. unsweetened chocolate, shaved fine
1/4 c. cocoa
3/4 c. sugar
1/4 c. cream
1/8 tsp. salt
Preparation
-
Melt butter and chocolate on High in 4-cup measuring cup in microwave.
Stir in other ingredients and cook on High 1 to 2 minutes until sugar melts and mixture comes to a boil.
Remove and add vanilla.
Reheat in microwave before using.
