Crunchy Cheese Ball - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
1/4 c. mayonnaise
1 can smoked ham (not deviled)
2 Tbsp. parsley
1 tsp. minced onion
1/4 tsp. each: dry mustard and hot pepper sauce
1/2 c. chopped nuts
Preparation

Beat cream cheese and mayonnaise until smooth.
Stir in ham, onion, mustard, pepper sauce and parsley.
Cover and chill for a few hours.
Form into a ball and roll in chopped nuts to coat. Serve with crackers.
