Potato Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 to 8 medium red potatoes
    2 c. sour cream
    1 c. Cheddar cheese
    1 bunch green onions
    1 stick butter
Preparation
    Boil potatoes with jackets on.
    Let cool, peel and grate potatoes.
    Put in casserole dish.
    In saucepan, melt butter, sour cream and 1/2 cup of cheese.
    Mix in chopped onions.
    Mix with potatoes.
    Top with 1/2 cup cheese.
    Cover and bake at 350\u00b0 for 35 to 40 minutes.
