Cheese Soup - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 pkg. Frosty Acres frozen vegetables (potatoes, carrots, onions and celery)
2 c. water
2 chicken bouillon cubes
1 tsp. parsley flakes
salt and pepper to taste
1 qt. milk
2 Tbsp. flour
8 oz. Velveeta cheese, diced
dash of Beau Monde
Preparation

Dissolve
bouillon cubes in hot water.
Combine vegetables, parsley
and
seasonings
with bouillon water.
Mix and simmer
30 minutes until vegetables are tender.
Mash vegetables.
Add
milk gradually while stirring;
then add flour in the same manner. Add cheese and stir until melted.
