Dilly Cheese Batter Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 pkg. dry yeast
    1/4 c. warm water
    1 c. small curd cottage cheese, heated to lukewarm
    2 Tbsp. instant minced onion
    1 Tbsp. butter
    2 tsp. dill seed
    1 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. soda
    1 unbeaten egg
    2 1/2 c. flour
    garlic butter
Preparation
    Dissolve yeast in water.
    Combine cottage cheese, sugar, onion, butter, dill seed, salt, soda and egg; add yeast mixture and beat until it forms a stiff dough.
    Cover and let rise until double in bulk, 50 to 60 minutes.
    Pat down and turn into a well-greased tube pan.
    Let rise 30 to 40 minutes.
    Bake in a 350\u00b0 oven for 40 minutes.
    Remove from oven and brush with garlic butter.
