Banana-Honey-Bran Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 c. sifted plain flour
    2 tsp. baking powder
    1/2 tsp. soda
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1 c. whole bran cereal
    1/4 c. chopped pecans
    1 egg
    1/2 c. honey
    1/4 c. vegetable oil
    1/4 c. milk
    1 1/2 c. mashed ripe bananas
Preparation
    Sift flour, baking powder, baking soda and salt in a large bowl.
    Stir in cereal and nuts.
    Beat egg slightly in a small bowl, then beat in honey, oil, milk and bananas.
    Add banana mixture all at once to dry ingredients and stir just until flour is dampened. Spoon batter into a greased 9 x 5 x 3-inch loaf pan.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour.
    Cool on rack for 10 minutes.
    Wrap in foil or plastic.
