Barbecue Turkey - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 Tbsp. liquid garlic
    2 tsp. liquid smoke
    1 c. warm water
    1 c. lemon juice
    1/4 c. salt
    2 Tbsp. Tabasco sauce
Preparation
    Mix water and salt together, then add remaining ingredients. Inject into turkey the night before preparation.
    (Inject with a large needle syringe a little in a spot; don't stick the whole syringe full in one spot.)
    Set in the refrigerator overnight. Bake as you usually do or put in pan on grill and baste frequently.
