Swiss Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/2 c. mayonnaise or salad dressing
2 Tbsp. light cream
1 tsp. dry mustard
1/2 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. pepper
4 c. bite sized salad greens (your choice)
1 c. shredded Swiss cheese (4 oz.)
1/4 c. sliced pimento-stuffed olives
1/2 c. Bac*Os
Preparation

Blend mayonnaise, cream, mustard, salt and pepper. Refrigerate.
Mix salad greens, cheese and olives in a large bowl. Just before serving, toss mixture with chilled dressing and Bac*Os.
Serves 6 to 8.
