Broccoli, Cauliflower, Pea Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 bunch broccoli flowerets
    1 head cauliflower
    1 (10 oz.) frozen baby peas
    1/4 c. chopped onion
    1/4 c. chopped celery
    1/2 pkg. Hidden Valley Ranch dressing mix
    1 c. sour cream
    1 1/2 c. Hellmann's or Kraft mayonnaise
Preparation
    Mix dressing mix with sour cream and mayonnaise until smooth. Mix dressing with vegetables to coat vegetables.
    Serve on a salad plate on a lettuce leaf dark green in color for contrast.
