Corn Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 stick oleo, melted
2 eggs, slightly beaten
1 (8 1/2 oz.) can corn, drained
1 (8 1/2 oz.) can creamed corn
1 c. sour cream
1 box Jiffy corn muffin mix
salt and pepper to taste
1 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
Preparation

Mix ingredients together. Place in a 9 x 13-inch glass baking dish.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 to 35 minutes.
