Do-It-All Marinade - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. Kikkoman soy sauce
    juice from 1 large lemon, approximately 3 to 4 Tbsp.
    1 medium onion, sliced very thin and separated
    1/2 tsp. black pepper
Preparation
    Place onion in a large Ziploc bag. Pour in soy sauce and lemon juice. Add black pepper; close bag and shake. Add meat of your choice. Let marinate for at least 30 minutes but no longer than 1 hour. Grill to desired doneness. Discard leftover marinade. If using as a sauce, place all ingredients in a bowl, stir and cover. Let sit for at least one hour at room temperature or can be refrigerated for up to a day.
