Corn Dogs(Makes 12) - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1/2 c. self-rising flour
1/2 c. self-rising cornmeal mix or 1/4 c. cornmeal and 3/4 c. flour
1 1/2 Tbsp. sugar
1 egg
1/2 c. milk
1 tsp. dry mustard
12 hot dogs, washed and dried

Preparation

Mix together ingredients and put dried hot dogs into batter, 1 at a time.
Fry until golden brown.
