Ingredients

4 Tbsp. dry mustard
1/2 c. sugar
1 Tbsp. flour
salt
1/2 c. milk
2 eggs, well beaten
1/2 c. vinegar
butter/oleo (about the size of an egg)
Preparation

Blend the mustard, sugar and flour thoroughly.
Add salt. Blend dry mixture into beaten egg and milk.
Cook carefully over direct heat, if desired.
(Some use a double boiler.) As it begins to thicken, add 1/2 cup vinegar and butter/oleo, cooking to desired consistency.
Cool.
Good with ham, corned beef, etc.
