Cornbread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 c. cornmeal mix (self-rising)
    3/4 c. milk
    1 egg
    1 Tbsp. oil
    pinch of sugar
Preparation
    Mix egg and milk.
    Add meal mix, oil and sugar.
    Pour into greased small iron skillet that has meal sprinkled over bottom of it.
    Bake in a 350\u00b0 oven for 20 to 30 minutes.
