Rhendy'S Zucchini Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 c. thinly sliced zucchini
1 c. onion, sliced
1/2 c. butter
salt and pepper to taste
1/4 tsp. garlic
1/2 tsp. basil
1/4 tsp. oregano
1/2 tsp. parsley
1 can refrigerator crescent rolls
mustard
2 eggs
4 to 8 oz. Mozzarella cheese, shredded
Preparation

Cook zucchini with seasonings for 10 minutes.
Line 10-inch pie pan with crescent rolls pressed into pan.
Cover dough with mustard.
Beat eggs and add cheese.
Cook at 375\u00b0 for 25 to 30 minutes.
May be topped with spaghetti sauce.
