Easy Beef And Potato Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. ground beef
1 or 2 medium onions
grated Cheddar cheese
3 medium potatoes
1 can mushroom soup (undiluted) or cream of chicken soup
Preparation

Brown ground beef and drain.
Slice potatoes (peeled or unpeeled).
In casserole dish, place in layers the potatoes, meat and onions.
Pour soup over all and bake until potatoes are done, about 35 minutes in a 350\u00b0 oven.
Sprinkle cheese on top and put back in oven until it melts.
