Corn Casserole 2 - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (16 oz.) can whole kernel corn
    1 (16 oz.) can cream-style corn
    1 small box Jiffy corn muffin mix
    3 eggs, beaten
    1 small onion, chopped
    1/2 medium green bell pepper, chopped
    1 stick margarine, melted
    1 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
    1/2 pt. sour cream
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
    Combine first four ingredients in large bowl, mix well.
    Add onion, bell pepper and melted margarine. Pour mixture into lightly greased 2 1/2-quart casserole dish.
    Mix Cheddar cheese and sour cream and spoon over mixture.
    Bake for 45 minutes.
    Makes 8 to 10 servings.
