Bacon Stuffed Burgers - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 slices bacon
1/4 c. chopped onion
1 (4 oz.) can mushrooms, drained and finely chopped
1 lb. lean ground beef
1 lb. bulk pork sausage
1/4 c. Parmesan cheese
1/2 tsp. pepper
1/4 tsp. garlic powder
2 Tbsp. steak sauce
8 hamburger buns, split and toasted
leaf lettuce (optional)
Preparation

Cook bacon until crisp.
Remove bacon and discard all but 2 tablespoons of drippings.
Saute onions in drippings until tender. Crumble bacon; add mushrooms to skillet and set aside.
