Tourtiere(French Meat Pie) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 lb. Hamburg and Pork
    1 Medium Onion, peeled, chopped fine
    Salt and Pepper to taste
    1/2 tsp. Cinnamon
    1/4 tsp. All Spice
    1/8 tsp. Ground Clove
    1 c. Mash Potatoes or Instant Potatoes
Preparation
    *Spices may be added while cooking or preferably after meat/onion have been cooked.
