Bread And Cheese Souffle - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    12 slices bread, buttered on both sides
    6 eggs
    1 (8 oz.) pkg. shredded white Cheddar cheese (extra sharp)
    3 1/2 c. milk
Preparation
    Place buttered bread in bottom of 9 x 13-inch baking pan 2 layers deep.
    Grate cheese and sprinkle over bread.
    Beat eggs and milk and pour over cheese and bread.
    Bake at 325\u00b0 for 45 to 55 minutes.
    Serves 8 to 10 persons.
