Vanilla Ice Cream - cooking recipe

Ingredients

4 eggs
2 1/2 c. sugar
7 c. milk
3 c. whipping cream
2 1/2 Tbsp. vanilla
1/2 tsp. salt

Preparation

Beat eggs until light.
Add sugar gradually and beat until thick.
Add remaining ingredients and mix well.
Make 1 gallon.
