Pumpkin Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 can (No. 303) or 1 1/2 c. mashed pumpkin
2 eggs, slightly beaten
1/4 c. sugar
1/2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 tsp. ginger
1 1/2 c. evaporated or extra rich milk
1 tsp. vanilla
1/2 tsp. butter flavoring
Preparation

Mix ingredients and pour into uncooked pie shell.
Bake in hot oven (425\u00b0) for about 45 minutes or until knife inserted in center comes out clean.
Makes 9-inch pie.
