Sourdough Banana Bread - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/3 c. butter
1/2 c. brown sugar
1/2 c. sugar
1 egg
1 c. Sourdough Starter
1 c. mashed bananas (approximately 2 large bananas)
2 c. flour
1 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. soda
1 tsp. salt
chopped nuts, if desired
Preparation

Mix ingredients in order given.
Place all dry ingredients in at once.
Put into a well greased 9 x 5-inch loaf pan. Place on a turned over pie pan placed in a 14-inch Dutch oven. Bake for 1 hour and 10 minutes at 350\u00b0.
