Brown Rice - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 beef or 8 chicken bouillon cubes, in 2 1/2 c. hot water
    1 stick butter
    1 c. regular rice (uncooked)
    1 grated onion
    1 small can mushrooms
Preparation
    Combine ingredients.
    Place in oven at 450\u00b0 for 35 minutes.
